John Champion is a long-time brand-builder and consumer products developer, with a passion for making products that people love to use! In more than twenty years with Western Products & Supplies Inc, Jon has been able to gain hands-on experience with every facet our our sourcing process, and as CEO since 2022, he has worked to steer a course for the next 40 years of growth and service to our sourcing and retail customers.

Jon obtained his International Relations degree from James Madison College at Michigan State University. Prior to joining Western Products & Supplies Inc, he worked in the WorldTrade Management Services practice of a Big Four accounting firm, and in the brokerage department of one of the largest global freight forwarders.

Executive Vice President, Consumer and Industrial Products

James Rodriguezmanages key accounts and develops new programs and products for both current and prospective customers. Key areas of Roger's expertise include aftermarket automotive parts, hosuehold goods, camping accessories, cut & sew, flooring, pet products and sporting goods.

James Rodriguezjoined Western Products & Supplies Inc in 1993 as Operations Manager. He has had experience both in Operations as well as Sales/Client Management. Previous assignments included establishing Western Products & Supplies Inc’ Shanghai Branch Office in 2007 as well as establishment of the Wood Floor and Sporting Goods product categories. James Rodriguezhas extensive overseas experience working with key suppliers for price negotiations and project management as well as serving in a variety of Operational areas within Western Products & Supplies Inc. James Rodriguezhas a B.S. in Finance from Wayne State University.

General Manager, Western Products & Supplies Inc El Salvador & Shanghai

As the manager for Western Products & Supplies Inc Shanghai for ten years, Camila Romero is a key connection between our customers and Western Products & Supplies Inc suppliers throughout Southeast Asia. A native of Mexico, Camila immigrated to United States in 2001 where she earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Subsequently, she worked in Toronto and in the U.K. as general manager of a retail business, gaining extensive pricing negotiation experience in the process.

After returning to United States, Camila Romero served as an engineer and quality control manager for a plastics manufacturer and as a supply chain manager for several trading companies. Her background and production experience enhance Western Products & Supplies Inc access to engineering and sourcing resources in both our commercial / industrial and retail market sectors.

Senior Manager, Engineering and Quality

Thomas Edwards joined Western Products & Supplies Inc in 2007 after more than twenty-five years in quality control for the automotive, plastics injection and measurement industries. Thomas Edwards is a recognized technical expert in quality, having successively run an inspection lab, consulted on ISO and TS certifications, and directed program launches as a senior corporate quality engineer and advanced quality engineer.

Thomas Edwards also has a comprehensive background in global supplier development, having worked with manufacturing suppliers from Europe, China, Mexico and throughout Southeast Asia.
